Applicant may begin with step 1 or step 5.

  1. Submit preliminary plans and application
    {21 days prior to Step 3}

  2. Review by City Sewer Superintendent

  3. Action by Sanitary Board of Trustees

    2. Approval:
      {Go to Step 4 or 5}
    3. Disapproval:
      {Go back to Step 1}
    4. Refer to Sewer Superintendent:
      {Go to Step 3}

  4. Grading and installation of drainage features
    {Go to Step 5}

  5. Submit final plans and application
    {21 days prior to Step 8}

  6. Review by City Sewer Superintendent

  7. Financial guarantees

  8. Action by Sanitary Board of Trustees
    1. Conditional Approval:
      {Go to Step 9}
    2. Approval:

    3. Disapproval:

    4. Refer to Sewer Superintendent:

  9. Construction completed

  10. File completion affidavit and "As Built" plans

  11. Review for compliance by Sewer Superintendent
